I received excellent service from Mike at the Donna Lane Cherry Hill location. Initial process was easy and quick I needed my unit last minute one was available and Mike got me in and out quickly with no issues. mike even helped me with my lock as I was having trouble figuring it out. He is always friendly and there to help when needed and it's much appreciated.

I must say, I love Emily. She's amazing understanding and just beyond over the top. As far as the company I hate that it's only an outdoor storage but overall I would go there just to receive her services. Emily has been helpful since I've been there for 2+ years. She's respectful and clarified any thing you don't understand. We need more people like her. Alisa

She was knowledgeable, transparent, and never rushed the process. It was also reassuring to know management is onsite 24/7. Highly recommend.

They guided me through the process so that I was not inconvenienced any further. They gave me advice to save me money and worked with me so that when I needed to vacate I didn't need to be charged any more than the monthly service I was expecting. No surprises and no one trying to nickel and dime me.
