Super easy process to reserve and move in. No hidden fees, confusing rules or convoluted contracts to sign. The woman in the office was really friendly and helpful which is so rare in customer service. Facility is sparkling clean and incredibly easy to navigate. Unit is perfect and a great priceﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦitﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s double the size of my current unit (at another facility) for only like $15 more. Hopefully they donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t start raising the prices.

Have rented for 2 yrs very spacious and clean able to access unit after 6pm is great. Started with an affordable price and ended with a very high price until Termia Frierson very nice, understanding and professional help me with my situation. You start out thinking, great this is $70.. then surprise you have to take mandatory insurance and now total $100.. then in a year, they double the price and when I complained they lowered it by $50. Now $165! And 5 months later they increased again and now $213!! Unbelievable! When you call they tell you it goes by the market.. But the price never ever goes down. I have spoken to several people and even watch the YouTube video that said the same. This is my first storage company, I don't know if they all do this but this one was terrible with cost. Well run, clean and easy to access but I would recommend negotiating your price and paying by the year otherwise there will be surprises. I would have kept the unit indefinitely but they forced me out.

ESS works with you on almost everything, they remind you of everything. I couldn't be more satisfied and I will never change to a different company unless I move somewhere that they don't exist.

straykuronekoset up my rental online which was super fast. was able to move in two days flat from the other facility. spoke to the assistant manager about the units. made a call on Saturday and spoke to Joel?(may or may not gotten the name right) and was very funny on the phone… (pulled my leg and all…) got a message today that all is well. these guys really take care of their customers. i hope they will still take care of me whenever i have any stuff that may come up… thank you guys!!
