Came into the N Broadway location looking to get an idea on a storage unit. Saul was there to help and did a great job showing me around the facility and the units as well as rates. Facility is very clean and has great security as well has locked gated entrance. Units were spacious and clean. Highly recommend and Make sure you ask for Saul.
SpiritFox LondiniThis place has gotten cleaner since the change to Extra Space Storage. I like the updated keyboard access, fixing the emergency door and improvent to the cleanliness since they bought it. Acess times are great too. I do wish they were 24 hours of course, but they have the most reasonable hours. Its always been pest free and Ive no issues with the temperature or moisture inside mg unit for the last 3 years. I didnt give 5 stars because the unit doors themselves need updating and they need new carts.

maddie steedHad a set lock in price for $89, saw 4 months later it increased to $167 without notice. When I called to find out why, the person I spoke to was rude and told me if I didnt like it I could put in my month notice. Unfortunately buying a haul and finding another unit was not in the cards at the time as I just had a baby. After a few months we got a notice in the mail that the unit would increase to $247 just 2 days before effective date. In under a year our unit went from $89 to $247. Never again.
