Patricia was absolutely amazing. I needed help with an out-of-state storage unit (so I’m not even a client of this location), and from the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful. I had fallen behind on my payments and was honestly nervous about coming in because I was worried about being judged, but Patricia was completely nonjudgmental. She was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. Not only did she go above and beyond helping me with the reason I came in, but she also took the time to answer several unrelated questions I had. I’m actually considering moving my storage unit closer to home in the future, and after some super frustrating experiences at other Extra Space facilities (lack of communication in particular), Patricia’s customer service really stood out. She was thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly. As someone who’s always nervous about signing paperwork and missing fine print, I appreciated that she walked me through everything, printed documents for me, and never made me feel silly for asking questions! To be clear, Patricia wasn’t bending rules or giving special discounts—she was simply doing her job. But when your job involves explaining things like late payments and possible foreclosure procedures, the way you treat people matters. She handled a difficult conversation with kindness, professionalism, and zero judgment, which made an uncomfortable situation so much easier to navigate. She turned what I expected to be a stressful visit into a genuinely positive experience (well, as positive as can be considering the circumstances of my visit haha) and that’s a reflection of how good she is at what she does :)

The manager Nick is the best! I’ve rented storage in multiple states across the country for many years and this has been my best experience so far. The facility is great and well maintained too! The move in was online and easy. After that I had a couple of times I had a complaint or an issue I needed help with and it was addressed promptly and professionally in a friendly manner. I even rented a second unit here and that was a breeze of an experience too. Even during the move out, the process was made easy for me by the manager.

Just rented a small unit. Facility seems clean, well lit, and with reasonable security features. Nick was very thorough in explaining everything about the rental process, potential future price increases, security features, etc. In going through the rental process we hit a question he hadn't encountered before and he promptly reached out to the company to figure out the answer.
