I rented and paid for a storage unit at one of your locations just up the road from where I am now. Once able to access the unit it was full of someone else's stuff. No comparable unit could be offered or was available. I left with two truck loads of stuff after sitting a snow bank for 45 minutes. I went online and rented from this location (which is owned by same ) I was offered a larger unit with two months 50% off and it was seamless and quick. Was able to go unload in my new unit within an hour. I wasn't offered an immediate refund for the first unit I paid in full, which should be automatic but a ticket needed to be created. We shall see. I also felt an offer of a free months rent should have been offered for all the time, energy, gas I wasted on a unit that belonged to someone else.

They don't check units before leasing / selling them if they are capable of being accessed Doors jams and can't be opened by brand new customers Staff can't help within a reasonable time period telling you to wait days for access to the unit you rent
DaveShericka was very helpful and friendly. Move in was made easy with reservation dept. I will have to say the facility it self needs some upgrades and repairs. Overpriced for quality of the place.

BobWhen we arrived, we were disappointed. The unit we assigned was full of old broken furniture. I contacted customer service, and they assigned ne another unit. This unit's door was off the track and could not be opened. I was assigned another unit and this one was fine. The customer service rep was excellent to deal with. I have reservations on how the facility is managed and maintained. Time will tell if I continue to rent the unit going forward.
