Seriously dissapointing. They dont even do proper snow removal for the people who have units here. Absolutely disgusted what are these tenants paying for with the high prices? Cant ever get ahold of the property manager for this place.
Kimmae POnline receipt showed a “complimentary” combination lock would be on the unit when I arrived, so I didn’t purchase one in advance. They even gave a combo code and advised me to reset it. I got there and there’s a flimsy twist tag on the unit, no lock. I called Customer Service and was completely gaslit by the man on the phone who said Spare Box does not provide free locks and I must provide my own. I told him I had proof and he continued to repeat the same speech as if I was being untruthful. It was so frustrating to be spoken to that way that I cussed him out and hung up. I’m not sorry. Moving is stressful enough, this experience did not help. I didn’t get to move in many items, so I may just pay for the month and move to a different company.
