A “secure” storage facility where the gate is regularly not in service and left wide open. Prices keep skyrocketing with no improvements to justify it, especially compared to nearby facilities. Late fees are absurd, and customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. Paying more for less seems to be their business model. Avoid if you have other options.
Trish MacLeodEasy, pleasant process. Friendly service. Update: Do not waste your time if you think you are getting a good deal. After 3-4 months, it went up by $30 a month! Go somewhere else. Only giving one star because Customer Service is still very nice.
PeterIris was very nice and prompt. She should be queen of the office for a whole calendar year, at least. With a raise in pay of course. Perhaps a month paid vacation quarterly.
