State of the art super clean facility
The facility looks brand new with everything in good repair and very clean. Pricing is good. The kiosk makes conducting business incredibly easy and convenient. The few times I needed to call and ask a question a human answered the phone each time. Outdoor easy access but at the same time you can get climate control, which was perfect for my needs. Would recommend 10/10
Clean secure facility close to downtown Dover!
As a local contractor, we needed a place to store materials close to where we do most of our work. We needed something without hallways and elevators. The management were very accommodating and they were priced lower than others in the area. Clean, secure, brand new facility.

Devyn GeremiaThis is a new facility and it shows. Super convenient, I was able to do everything at the kiosk out front, including getting my lock from the vending machine. Secure gate and plenty of illumination. The unit was spotless when I took possession of it. I stored a convertible in a climate-controlled unit for the entire winter without any issue whatsoever. Great rate, clean secure facility. Nothing was ever broken or out of service, never saw another person any time I visited. Really could not ask for more, I highly recommend!
