This is the second time I've used...
This is the second time I've used public storage.i was very satisfied the first time so I returned to use them again..I did enjoy the low first month move in special..the rates are also very affordable.the staff were very helpful/ polite/ the storage unit was clean/ easily accessible.i would highly recommend public storage to family and friends..and I will use public storage for any and all future storage needs.

Lewis BaileyI just signed up for service and dealt with a sales representative by the name of krystian, and she made the process so easy I was able to get my unit within 5 minutes over the phone with her she was so patient with me and I was shaving as I was setting up my rental and it didn't bother her at all this storage unit has 24-hour access with some public storage units in Reno do not have I highly recommend this public storage, they have the best price for units in Reno trust me I did my research you won't regret dealing with these people very happy customer here!!!

The kiosk was trying to charge me an extra $140 on my unit and telling me that I did not have a reserved unit.
