Office was closed and locked During business hours. While unloading truck with furniture, I was unable to use a dolly cart due to no representatives or employees available on site at all.

Amy was absolutely amazing yesterday. She went above and beyond to help my son get into his new storage that had a public storage lock on it that shouldn't have been. The location had a staffing issue and my son had been waiting since 6am with a full U-Haul to unload and no way to access his new storage he had rented and payed for the day before. Amy didn't hesitate to do the right thing and get permission to leave her location to help him after trying to get a hold of the property manager or anyone on the customer service line with no avail. She saved the day and we are so thankful for her.

I drove to her location yesterday morning at 10:30a.m. after calling customer service multiple times with NO help, waiting for an hour for office staff to show up to the S. Maryland Pkwy location or even the property manager to return calls that had started at 6 am. She listened to my situation and immediately took action. Going above and beyond, reaching out to her upper management to get approval to come to another location near by to assist us. We had been waiting since 6a.m. to access our storage that we rented and payed for the evening before, but had a lock on it that shouldn't have been there. She is so friendly and empathetic and the definition of what GREAT customer service should be. THANK YOU Amy !!!!!

Kiwi BAmy and everyone at this location Incredible Not only did they save the day by coming and finding us New Year’s Eve because the door wouldn’t close, but she also made sure that I knew everything was gonna be taken care of, and she will Take care of it for me. I will always use the storage if you want to a safe place where your stuff will not be messed with and the people are nice and friendly. Definitely look at this location.
