KimberI got a storage unit here a couple of months ago and have no complaints. It’s been a great experience so far, and the staff has been amazing. One afternoon while I was dropping some things off at my unit, I left my car idling, thinking I’d be in and out quickly. That did not happen. I ended up stuck there for a couple of hours waiting for a ride and had to leave my car there briefly afterward. It was a stressful situation, but Chanda was incredibly understanding and kind the entire time. Her attitude made a difficult day much easier.
Bass SharkI'm rewriting my review because there was an issue with the truck I borrowed from them. I made 1 trip, drove the truck straight to my destination and back (about 3 - 6 miles and back) and got charged extra for going "83 miles". I even have time stamps of where I was, what vehicle I used, and a witness. The truck is not in good condition at all, and some of the gages don't work. If you ever use it PLEASE take a picture of it yourself! The seat belt light is broken, the light switches are broken, and the inside door handle is broken off etc. I stopped to put the gas I used back in it, and I cut the truck off to pump it. BIG MISTAKE. Before I pumped it read 1/8 of a tank until full (about $5 worth of gas). When I turned it back on it read that I used 1/4 of gas. I tried to report it and was given the run around. They gave me the wrong number and refused to tag me in a email about it, and no follow up about it. On top of that, I told them not to put the extra charge on my card (unti thr issuewas resolved). Instead of putting the charg on my account, they charged my card without my permission then refused to look into the issue. I will never be using their services again
