I needed a storage unit since I had moved from another state into a smaller space and decided on Tellus because my family member already had a unit there. Unbeknownst to me at the time, I had paid for insurance on my unit when I first started my contract. Years later, I experienced a burglary on my unit and reported it to the property manager. Within less than a few days, I was reached out to by Xercor Insurance to resolve my claim. The process took less than a month to complete and less than 30 minutes of actual discussion and paperwork to resolve all of my issues. I typically don’t like to pay for unnecessary insurance but am grateful that I purchased their insurance. The agents were helpful and concise as was the management at Tellus - Golden Eagle. Everything was accounted for and reimbursed without any hassles. I highly recommend getting Xercor insurance if or when you rent a unit from Tellus. The company has gone above and beyond for me and my family by accommodating us and making sure that our valuables are safely stowed away. There may not be a better storage facility in the Pine Belt. Come by and see Bradley for all of your storage needs.
