OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Mel was such a pleasure to work with that I had to leave a follow-up review of my experience at StorageMax! At the end of my contract with StorageMax Grants Crossing, Brandon, MS, Mel was kind, professional, and courteous. She was empathic to my situation, and went out of her way to accommodate me! I highly recommend this facility to anyone who has storage needs-they have an excellent, friendly, gracious staff! Kudos to whoever does the hiring there!

The gentleman who I only know as Mario who assisted me was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He explained the entire rental process thoroughly, and made my online storage unit rental experience excellent !

The facility is well maintained and secure. Melinda "Mel" Shoffner was on top of it and had the paperwork ready before I arrived. She is very kind and went above and beyond to get us moved into a larger unit.

Nana CI have parked my vintage camper at the Grants Crossing location for a couple of years. Jeanie, Resident Manager, is the reason I am still there. Other places may be a few dollars cheaper, but what Jeanie brings to the table is worth every penny. Customer Care is her middle name. She has called several times to let me know the cover came off my camper. She didn't want it to get water damage. She is always looking out for my best interest. She CARES about everyone and everything. The facility is always clean and well maintained. So, when we needed another spot for an RV, we called her. AND, it was after 3:00 pm on LABOR DAY. Not only did she hold us a spot, but she printed up the paperwork and had it ready for me to sign when we arrived after 8pm, on a HOLIDAY, just so I would not have to come back the next day to do it. THANKS JEANIE! You're THE BEST! StorageMax is lucky to have you and so are we.
Sherri DavisJeanie is the most helpful manager I have ever met. She is really on call 24/7 and always ready to find a way to satisfy a customer. She is kind, attentive and always smiling. She will work with you in any way possible to make Storage Max your storage facility. This storage Max is growing daily and she has a huge responsibility but handles it with ease. Jeanie Conrad really cares about her customers.
Jason DGrants Crossing location has Excellent Customer service! The manager Jeanie is very professional, responsive and friendly. She keeps up a very nice and secure facility. The storage buildings and units are very clean and well maintained; probably the best in the business. May not be the cheapest but if your looking for quality, security and top notch customer service the difference is clear! I would Highly recommend this business!
