Had a minor issue getting into the correct unit. Made a phone call and they were able to resolve the issue during the call, got the corrected paperwork to us and and were able to use the unit immediately.

So far, so good. Just signed up. One thing, I was surprised that I needed additional insurance, for fee was higher than expected. But sign up person, Samm was helpful and polite
Clarence StocktonDisconnected. No one site management. Ice in front of unit. Was reminded that I am responsible for the first 18" around the entrance. There was at least 8'. Was told someone was going to call me about the ice. Nothing happened.
