Customer service is wonderful. The first unit i was shown was not what i thought it would be so i asked to switch units and Mary Rose has another unit available for us to look at and was perfect so i got that unit set up

B BWe can't speak more highly of Mary Rose and the staff at the Public Storage on 36th Ave. in New Hope. We have used multiple storage facilities over the past 20 years and I can honestly say that I have never seen or spoken with any of those caretakers after moving into those facilities. This is not the case with Mary Rose. It is very common to see and speak with her while on-site, and she is always available if one needs assistance. Most definitely 5 Stars!
