Since I was on the phone with her I asked about the rate I was charged for my unit as it had increased significantly the last two years, She said she would check into this and get back to me. The following day much to my surprise I received a voice mail (from Pete???). My rate was reviewed and reduced. It was great to work with the team at the New Hope location in MN. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and totally exceeded my expectations! I give them my highest recommendations!!!

Tracy was very helpful with our different needs as they kept changing through our project and through the change of the company ownership. We look forward to nit having to move things in and out as much but it has been very easy to do so. Carts are always available, the storage is well lit and clean, elevators are large enough for several carts at once.
