I called Public Storage with my dad to inquire about getting a unit, and I just have to say — Paige who helped us deserves an award. My dad can be pretty ornery and not the easiest to deal with, but she handled everything like a total pro. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions, stayed patient the entire time, and made sure we understood every detail without rushing us. You can tell she actually cares about helping people, not just doing her job. Seriously, A+ service. Employees like her are hard to find these days. Give her the recognition she deserves!

Emily EricksonTried to move out, but there is 5 inches of ice on the door, so it will not open. When I talked to the office, they pointed to their ice chipper, and told me to chip it away myself. 1. Shouldn't public storage maintain their grounds? 2. What happens when someone breaks their neck on the sheets of ice in front of the units? Terrible service. Will never do business with this company again. It cost me over $400 because I had to reschedule my movers, and now I need to take time off of work as well. Way to ruin the experience of moving into my new home. Edit. The ice was actually 8" thick closest to the door.
