I have been a loyal customer at Extra Space Storage since April, and upon returning to my unit in August, I found that it had become infested with mice over the summer. In addition, my monthly rate was increased from $132 to $205. The infestation required me to spend additional time disinfecting my belongings before moving them out, which forced me to extend my rental for an additional month at the extra fee. Given the price increase and the lack of adequate facility maintenance, I cannot recommend this location to safely store your belongings.

I told him that I work three jobs and it's very difficult for me to meet a 24-hour move out. He was very accommodating and worked with me on a solution for this problem.
