It's easy to unload and there is usually no one else loading/unloading when I go, maybe one other person in the whole facility at the same time. Fair price. Easy access right off the main road.
Clean. New. 1st floor only. Easy to get to and move in with provided cards.

It was very easy to finish my renting of the unit. The customer service was very nice, and showed me my unit prior to renting. Would rent here again.
2nd time renting a storage space with Public storage, different locations. 1st time the building was damaged by wind and it left the siding open, never got fixed and it snowed. I had a few inches all over my belongings. I had asked them to fix it well before the snow. When I saw the snow in my unit, they told me they had tarps I could come get them and put the up (10' or higher..uhh no) to protect my stuff, maintance could take 2weeks up to 2months to fix it. This time there was a giant hole in the ceiling, and tape from drywall hanging, I told them when I moved in, and a few more times hoping it would get fixed. Never did and I had squirrels or some animal nest all throughout my stuff, damaged boxes, ripped apart paper, etc. Meanwhile the rent is raised every month pretty much, the "promo price" is a horrible bait and switch. There's absolutely NO excuse for NOT maintaining your properties, especially when you're charging what you are. Insurance won't cover my daughters childhood memories, or other unrecoverable items.
Worst experience Ive ever had renting at a storage unit… I fell behind in all of my bills, (because I had some health issues that I had to tend to, preventing me from working for just a couple weeks) but I had to put my storage unit first because I was two weeks late paying my payment and they said they’re going to auction off all my stuff and didn’t give me access to any of it in those two weeks so I had to rush and pay this bill before any other important bills that I’ve had. I tried explaining to them that I was just behind this month, but they didn’t care. I couldn’t access any important things that I needed in that time frame. They locked me out of my unit. And they charged me so many fees that my bill became four times the amount that it originally was in two weeks!! I’ve never had a storage unit do that before. Charge me a late fee, thats fine, maybe even two but don’t lock me out of my storage unit. Thats ridiculous. And told me only three weeks in that they’re going to auction off my storage unit that very NEXT day If I couldn’t pay the extra fees in time. So I’m paying four times the amount and I have to do it in three weeks instead of having the whole month or I lose everything. I managed to pull it off Because I didn’t want to lose all of my belongings. They broke my lock to my storage unit, and they told me that I had to pay for a new one but the lady on the virtual kiosk told me that I didn’t have to do that if I didn’t want to, and I said yes, I don’t want to. I don’t plan on having the storage unit much longer and she said all I’d have to do is put the lock in the dropbox and refuse to to pay for it so I put the lock in the dropbox. Next thing you know , I’m getting charged $25 for a lock that I said I didn’t want and I don’t even have in my possession. And because I couldn’t pay for the lock, plus my usual rate and another fee I’m stuck paying four times the rate yet another month. Just awful. I saw probably 30 other units with the auction lock on their units as well. Only a 5 days late and you lose access to all your things for the month basically.
Although the commerce location is done by Paria from the Wixom location, it still is just a great location to go on out to visit clean and is well taken care of Paria as a manager, for both of them she has done a great job staying top of both properties. Being a developer that helps build these units and see them after a few years. I’m very impressed with the way we both these units have been taken care of as long as they’ve been open.
Just started renting a unit for the second time. We have only had the unit for less than 4 months, and we just received a notice that our rent was being increased by 50%. What a joke this place is. Why is my rent being increased?! You only have 1 employee that is only there a couple days a week! DO NOT RENT HERE!!! LITERALLY GO ANY PLACE ELSE FOR STORAGE UNITS!!!
Had an appointment for 2pm but I showed up earlier and Jude was nice enough to come help me with my unit. Friendly and very helpful
