Sadly cannot give 0 stars. I have been renting with Public Storage for about 7 years now, and for the past two years have had to nearly beg and fight with them to not only charge reasonable prices, but have also had to fight with them over late fees and liens being accrued as well as my locks being cut and replaced with auction-lockouts on my units even though rent has already been paid in full. Recently they have been charging me $337 for my storage locker (which I started renting at $182), and most recently have contacted them to get a RENT reduction (Not SPACE Reduction) because they were planning on RAISING my rent to nearly $440/mo; the result of that contact? I finally got a rent reduction! My $337 rent is now "reduced" to $353! But wait, that's not how math works! $353 is HIGHER than $337, and $353 is the lowest they claim they can go! Not to mention, there is no manager on site, so all calls are directed to an answering machine that doesn't get attended to until a manager from another site comes in, I commonly find that the gate that 'requires a code' is left open despite there being no cameras and no manager or guard on-site. If you're going to rent, MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE that they put in a non-negotiable, non-changeable PRICE CEILING, and then READ THE ENTIRE CONTRACT to make sure they did it! This company WILL charge you extortion-level rent and say it's "a great price" or "perfectly reasonable", and WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. They were fine (they were great, even!) for the first 5 years; now they are intolerable and I am looking for a new storage facility; presuming I can find a way to afford to move my things out of their terrible facility, with the prices they're charging (and that only keep going UP, and NEVER GO DOWN unless you ask and they're feeling especially generous). To be clear: Take what I say with a grain of salt, but this is my experience with Public Storage; and it has left a taste in my mouth that 'bitter' can't begin to describe. I am done, and I am fed up.

Cherish the property manager was absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making sure I got exactly what I needed. Her attention to detail and customer service really stood out—she went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident with my storage choice. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way she does.

FIVE STARS to Teri, the site manager, has been wonderful to work with and support; highly recommend her support for this site. TWO STARS for the franchisor and/or site digital system... Knocking these off since the website portal and phone number methods of working with the site were not working; we tried logging into the portal, accessing information on the rental agreement, and getting through to the 1-800 number to access our portal. None of it was working; we did not try the phone app as nothing else was working to get us there. I recommend going elsewhere if digital support is crucial to you.

I was trapped in the back area after being able to enter the back area but not enter the facility or exit the facility. I called the after hours number and corporate number but nobody responded. We called the police department to notify them of the issue and fortunately another customer was able to let us out by hopping the fence and punching in his number to open the main gate.
