I had a billing issue after moving out of the Farmington Hills NW Hwy location. I could not reach anyone at the NW location or able to speak to anyone via the customer service number as my account number was no longer recognized. I came to the Chicago RD location in Troy as it was conveniently located close to my employer to see if I could speak to someone about how to resolve the issue. Simone took the time to help me investigate yhe issue. She was pleasant and patient. God bless her for taking the time to help me even though I was not a customer in her location. She was able to help me resolve the issue. Public Storage needs to ensure human customer service is available and staff those positions with souls like Simone's. Thank you again Simone!!!
Steven MaiselI have been here many times and the interior is always clean and I am always greeted with a warm welcome by Carl. He always makes sure that I have what I need and helps me out with any issues I may be having. The lot itself is maintained and I've never had an issue with broken lights, or feeling unsafe. Sometimes I wish the gate moved a little faster, but that is not really any reason not to do business here. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I dont have any real complaints.
