This was my first public storage experience. Everything went smoothly. Best highlights: (1) easy/fast processing (2) clean, spacious units, (3) functional digital gate system, and (4) well-developed phone app (actually a good one without glitches!). But most of all, I have to give a shout-out to the excellent service demonstrated by Barbie! She has gone above and beyond as the location's manager and administrator of daily operations and is always ready to answer a call and help! Thanks again Barbie!

William NunezThey are horrible don’t be fool by the ratings. I moved in May 2025 at 174.00. August 2205 they did not mail me the up charge in rent, instead I found out on my bill. I called them and they went down to 174.00. Then January 2026 they went back up to 223.00 and said they not going back down, I should have read the fine print of thier stipulations. They prey on people who can’t move out when they go up. But I moved out immediately in December. DO NOT MOVE YOUR STUFF HERE
