Office staff are exceptional in helping to make your transition go smoothly. I needed a storage unit in a pinch as the truck with my household items was on the way that day.
Location is amazing
I think this is the best located storage unit to where we live. Nothing could be closer. And very clean. This storage place atleast has a locking gate. Better security.

With that being said, months later now, I have issues every single month when it comes to paying my bill because there is no payment option on the website and the links they send me never work and always give me some kind of error. This is extremely frustrating for someone who pays everything online. I have not said much but I have mentioned it every single month when I call and nothing ever seems to be done about it because the next month it’s the same headache again. Giving it another month or 2 but if it doesn’t change, it will cost them a customer. I need to be able to pay online with no issues.
