Overall good experience. Out of 10 places this had the best price.
I had a little trouble finding my parking space and had to call in for help to locate it. The space number I was given was OS078C.It was not explained to me that on the signs the lot number for my car was just the 78C part, so it was a little confusing at first to realize what I was looking for, but no big deal. The customer service lady was very patient and helpful while I finally located it. A map online showing the layout and the lot numbers would have been helpful. When I walked back to the warm office to wait for my Lyft driver, I noticed there was a map on the wall but having it online would have been helpful. It looks like a very secure place with tall, barbed wire topped fencing.

This place does not have their act together. There is noone routinely on site and lady on the phone (I called a local number but it was rerouted to a call center?)told me they only have someone there like once every 2 weeks. Signup was too complex, wanted a contract. They need to seriously relook at their entire business operation.
Lauren CurbyDO NOT KEEP YOUR THINGS HERE. My rate has almost doubled in 18 months with no upgrades or onsite assistance. My locker door was broken and would not close and no one will come fix it until the morning?! Completely unacceptable. Many fully staffed storage companies that are cheaper less than 10 minutes away.
