I had such a great experience thanks to Shawn who helped me at the storage unit. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made the whole process easy, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about customer service the way he does. His positive attitude and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and smooth. I had A frustratingly mixed experience while renting a storage unit. I was initially working with Christopher, who was unprofessional. He stated just because the rates are posted on the website that doesn’t mean that that’s what you’re actually going to pay. He then gave me a lot of attitude telling me that I had screwed everything when I submitted a reservation through the webpage as opposed to continuing with him, which secured me the lower monthly rates. His tone of voice gave me the impression that he felt assisting his customers was a hassle rather than his job. He took a personal phone call in the middle of helping me, told the person who was calling that he was “dealing” a customer and it was going to be a minute, before setting the phone down on the counter. I received an email confirmation from the corporate website stating there was $26 due upon opening, but was charged additional disclosed fees for the lock and insurance costing a total of $67 for the first month. A different associate, Sean, took me back to the unit once the registration process was complete. He apologized for the attitude that I got from Christopher and was very helpful. Sean was polite, professional, And stated he hoped that I would have a good experience going forward and that they would continue to earn my business. The facility seems clean and was well lit. It is climate control controlled, which is the primary reason that I chose this facility for my storage needs.
