She even took the time to call me back because my first call to her had a 'blurred' reception which made it difficult to understand each other. Salesperson advised I can have an apointment to view the space - just call the number. I call the number and am told I MUST rent the space prior to viewing it - the only way they do things. I rented the space anyhow - location and size what i needed despite the higher price point. Access was easy to the facility, however unable to get into the unit - door didn’t work. Ultimately was given another unit in the same location - initial solution provided was to let me know via text when they could get in and the unit would be available. Not much thinking going on. Customer service (calling an agent) is outsourced to some country - difficult to understand some of the people I’ve spoken with. Good news - the space meets my short-term needs. Bad news, there’s virtually no help and the price isn’t very attractive. Will see how it goes - looking for option B.

I've had an excellent experience with this storage facility! The units are clean, secure, and easily accessible. Stephanie, the property manager, has been incredibly helpful and professional throughout my time here. She always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable and well-maintained storage.
