By far, the best storage experience I've had in Michigan. Prices and promotions are so good, even for the larger units, that i almost bought 2 units.. Kay Redney was the ultimate reason the on-boarding process went so smooth. She is very professional and her elite level of knowledge made this a great experience. Controlled climate, accessibility, clean environment almost makes the storage feel like a home. (You can't move in! Lol) I will be doing business with Extra Storage Space for many years to come. They raised our rates on all the unit like 2x, but when I talked to them nicely Kay at the front desk got the manager to reduce it for us. KAY IS AWESOME, AND VERY SPECIAL EMPLOYEE. I thank her very much for caring and taking good care of us. I renewed all our units for 1 full year. Thank you

Mrs. Redney is an outstanding storage unit manager. With her help, she made the process as easy as possible from the first interaction in ariving at the facility, to the signing of the lease for the unit a few days later. This is a brand new facility, clean, and is well designed. The pricing structure is very clear and was explained to me as when rent increases would occur, so I would not be surprised when the increases would take place. This was my first experience into the storage world process, and thanks to Mrs Rednry she helped make the process seamless. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage space.

I have been a tenant of the Extra Space Novi location almost since they opened earlier this year. Kay Radney, the manager, is absolutely amazing! She’s very professional, personable and helpful; also great with following up. Kay is also very patient and made me feel comfortable with the rental paperwork, their app and various types of locks. Overall I have rented eight units ranging in size from 25 to 100 square feet and currently I have four. The units are clean, nicely lit and well laid out. Some of the units still have interesting arched brick wall patterns which are attractive remnants of the previous structure. Extra Space utilizes an app which makes it quick to open the overhead door from my phone. The exit door is motion activated and doesn’t need a password. Both doors are very fast, so there is no waiting around. I was also able to create my own custom entry code. This location is also walking distance to a CVS which can be helpful for getting refreshments or snacks during a big project.

Kay was the epitome of a perfect person to represent ExtraSpace Storage. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable and asked numerous times that if I have a problem I contact her to resolve it. Perfect employee. Facility is clean, new and well kept. Prices are great too.
