Storing our camper at the facility. Parking was marked and the lot was clean. The manager took us to the lot and sheﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢d us some choices. She was very helpful. Very positive experience.

It's been 4 months here and the staff has been incredible. Marie, David, and Noah truly take care of us, check-in to confirm we're okay and water + ice cream every time is just the icing on the cake (no pun intended). we've gone through a handful of units, but the proximity and security is nice - sure it's a bit more expensive than we like and not having 24/7 access can be a bummer, but it's manageable. Only suggestion is have every unlocking option drive-up-able to, rn you have to get out of the car for 2/4 options when arriving/leaving the facility.

Neal BowdenTo those considering using Safe-T Storage: DON’T!! They kept my deposit by saying the unit was not swept. BS!! It’s a tacky excuse. I tried to post an “after” photo but could not.
Patti DillamanI don't know how to rate this place. We've been happy with the storage, but not happy with what just happened to us. We'd been on a long trip out of the country. When we got back in October we had a bill mailed after the 15th of September for the month of October. It was paid once we got our mail. We got a "Demand for Possession Nonpayment of Rent" that had been filed on October 17th. Seems like very premature action as we have always paid multiple months. She did get our check and "threw" out this demand. Our late payment fee is $1 per day - which amounted to 30% of the monthly fee. Seems pretty usurious to me.
justin chickThey would not refund our deposit. We left our storage cleaned and SWEPT and kept our deposit saying it wasn’t. Beth was always very pleasant to deal with. It’s just very unfortunate that this ended up becoming our experience.
