I had a great experience at the Public Storage on Hayes Road, and I want to specifically recognize Hisa and Sonja for their outstanding work. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with closing my unit and were very fair and transparent with the pricing. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, approachable, and always willing to help—not just me, but other customers as well. What really stood out was their attention to the facility itself. When they weren’t assisting customers, they were actively cleaning and making sure each floor was well-maintained, organized, and professional-looking. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in providing a clean, well-run environment. Thank you, Hisa and Sonjia, for making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this location.

Would have been nice to have been discounted a month or something for the flood they had there that affected my unit. Nothing damaged besides a box of papers and pictures that were important to me. Besides that incident, its a good place.
