Very Pleased
I have only been there about two weeks, but I’m exceptionally pleased with all aspects of this storage facility. Mark and Brandon have been exceptionally nice and have made sure I’m completely happy with my decision to utilize this facility. Cleanliness is outstanding and I love the ability to drive my vehicle inside the facility on days when it’s raining. It is also extremely helpful to have access to free flatbed carts which saved me the expensive of having to go purchase my own dolly.

I love that SpareFoot.com connected me to this great new facility called 1-800 Self Storage. My move was very easy starting from Online Reservations to moving things into my unit. Guys at the front desk name Brandon and Mark were great with all my questions. My 3-year-old nephew helped me move boxes on the cart and he was awarded complimentary ice cream from the storage lobby. Thanks guys!

Using this storage has been a pleasure. Customer service was really good. Never had such a good experience renting a storage space !!! Never had storage facility to provide snacks. Never had storage facility with guidance markers throughout the building so you can always find your way easily.

On my move in date. I went to the storage facility and was immediately greeted by both employees, both named Mark lol. They were the most pleasant people I have ever met! I was offered complimentary ice cream and water. The facility was immaculate. They made sure I was educated on how the facility operates and I enjoyed every moment of the interaction. I have had a storage unit for over 15 years and this facility is by far the best experience ever!

Jeff BondoWe rented a storage locker here from Mark. We were very impressed with how he got us the right sized unit just by asking us what we had. We thought we needed a very small locker but he got us to the right size locker. He went over everything and my wife said he should teach a course on being polite and on customer service. When we were moving our things into the unit the next day he brought us bottled waters and ice cream. We would highly recommend going to 1800selfstorage on Hall rd if you need a locker.

Jessica GilespieGreat place to rent from! Mark #1 made the experience exceptional and easy as 123! The facility is clean and guess what!!!!!! You can drive your car or truck inside to unload....so no getting wet in the rain or subcoming to the elements while trying to move...moving is already stressful enough and they made the paperwork seamless! Oh yeah the other associate is Mark as well hence Mark #1 and Mark #2 ask for either and they'll go above and beyond to assist.
