It was a quick and easy pleasant experience checking in to rent a space.
Storage Sense is a very clean , pleasant place to store your treasures. The manager was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions promptly. He was very helpful and immediately went out and shoveled in front of my door for ease of unloading my belongings. I would definitely recommend Storage Sense to my friends and family.

Ray HughesThis place is worthless and I am in the process of moving out. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I will never use their services again. They have 0 security [1 camera at front gate] and have left the gate open multiple times. I've been informed by Jerry who is very disrespectful that the gate has been struck by lightning multiple times now. I don't know why I don't believe him. Jerry has told me multiple times now they are installing more cameras and I have never seen it happen. They do a horrible job cleaning up snow when there is a lot of it. And the most recent thing is raising our cost to almost $300 after it was already over $250. Jerry informed that this wouldn't be an issue the first time and we've been with them for 3 years. They have never made any renovations or improvements that they say their going to make so I'm not sure what their doing with the money. Another issue for me is there is only access from 6 am to 10 pm and that has always been problematic for me and my wife because we work all different hours. If their staff was helpful and didn't keep trying to raise the price from our agreement I would probably consider staying but there are too many other issues for me. Also when they call about a late payment they are unsympathetic to another business owner waiting on late payments, I thought it ironic.

Gavin SmithSo when I got there to sign up for my storage unit.They were supposed to open at nine and the guy was just getting there at like 9:03 we went and toward a climate controled unit it smelt musty like there was water damage, and it looks like they needed to use a little bit of roundup outside but it was a pretty nice place for the price
