Beth was very knowledgeable about the storage unit and facility we will be putting our stuff. Its good to know they have good security and that my unit will be inside. She was patient and very kind. Thanks so much Beth....she was also knowledge about the website and apps and codes to get in. Explained to me and took her time to make sure I understood her. Very nice lady. Again thanks Beth one more thing the set up and payment was quick and very easy. Didn't have to go through a bunch of non sense so that was awesome too
Luke BoydBeth (on site manager) was great! She was super polite, excellent communication skills, and was easy to work with. Chris (another on site manager) was polite. The district manager was a jerk. I’m active duty, and I turned in all my paperwork stating as much; but he sent me an accusatory email, saying that he only likes to help “actual service members”. He then sent me an email threatening to put my storage unit up for auction. If you’re military, I HIGHLY recommend not using public storage.
