My main experience is with Trisha on the phone to get my space rented. She was patient with all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I got first month free (rental fee only) because I started on the first of the month. Second experience was actually seeing my unit and getting my lock. The unit was very roomy and mainly it was very clean.
Bre PriceWas told I could have extra time to clear out one of the bigger units and the next day got a call about losing gate access (the day after Halloween and I have kids so I thought he was being understanding, not a liar) so on top of getting screwed out of my couch I also got banned from a site for it so definitely dont trust their word get it in email/text or something.
