Range road facility
It is a storage facility conveniently located near my home, decent price. I do not plan on being there for very long. It was a pinch decision. My area was clean, other than somebody left a jug of charcoal lighter fluid outside of my unit and I took it home. Easy fire starter that I won't have to buy in the near future

Super easy process! Rented completely online. Also closed out completely online. Love that they give deals sometimes to new renters. It was really helpful. The only bad thing about this place was the bathrooms are pretty outdated, but I was happy they had some there to use. I would rent here again in the future.
WmHI didn’t have a problem with Storage of America. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the rate kept rising almost yearly, until I was paying double the current rate they charge when moving in. For example I started back in 2018 with a 9x9 for $87 a month (currently available for $40), then downgraded to a 5x5 (I think), paying $77 a month when I moved out (currently available for $10). Overall good experience - no issues with tampering or rodents.

Aaron SherlockClean dry and warm. So far ok. They did randomly jump the price up out of nowhere 5 months in my bill magically went up 20 bucks a month. I called about it. They said they can do that. Door stoppers are both broke off now so they wont stay open. They also dont lock after being closed. Told them about that 6 months ago. They are not concerned at all.
Eric BeauchampThe worst experience of my life. The magnetic door release never releases so I can’t get back into my unit. At this point I’m thinking I’m forced to walk away and abandon it. I’ve called few times. They say it’s fixed, it isn’t. They have no problem taking your money but that’s about all they are good for. There isn’t onsite support. When you call, wherever that call is routed to has bad phone service. All indications are this would be a great place but it’s far from it.
