So far so good, I have not any problems when renting from here. Some of the units can be upgraded some, as the one I rented had holes in the insulated ceiling and looks to have had some leakage. I'm really hoping it's not a leak, as I have furniture I don't want destroyed. Other than that, the storage is in a great convenient place for me.

Catherine HuynhI want to leave a good review because the front desk guy is very nice. However, I am incredibly unhappy with my experience here. I rented my storage unit for give or take 6-7 months. In that time frame, my rent spiked from $40 to $70 with no notice or reasoning! 75% spike! And when I called the front desk/customer help and asked about it, I was told “oh we aren’t planning to have anymore rent spikes”. I went in person and the guy told me (before I told him how much my rent spiked) that rent would never exceed past 30% in increase within a year. He said he would follow up to help and I never heard back. Tried to call back several times and was redirected to customer help where they told me I was SOL. Unbelievable. Update in response to owner: I received no notice. If there was one, email a copy of the document with time stamps. I own a local business. I know firsthand the rising costs and I would never spike 75% on my clients in 6 months. Take accountability. Shame on you. This is bad business.
Kevin HernandezAmazed at how easy and simple it was to get a storage unit through them. Although I didn’t see a single employee, the gates are passcode protected with plenty of cameras throughout the facility. I didn’t opt for their locks but to my surprise, there was one already on (combination) and one (keyed) inside the unit. This definitely elevated my experience.
Vivian BurtonMegan made my rental process easy. Everything was covered quite well. I however had problems contacting a person in the office when I had questions, but finally got through to the office manager. Overall experience was good. I would use this facility again and recommend others.
