Love the location easy access . Large facility, was easy to rent online for no contact . Unit rented is clean and roomie what I need .

Needed a storage unit. Found National Mini Storage - Gull Rd. on-line. Made the reservation. Checked into the office on our reserved date. No hassles. Called a day before to make sure all was well and the prices stated were going to be honored. Manager was helpful and good to talk to. On the day we did the paperwork and started moving in, all the as as promised.

I found the online process difficult to maneuver at first. Spoke with manager and he helped to clear confusion. Also didn't realize I had to have a credit card on file thought it could be my choice as to how I wanted to be billed every month but the Manager said had to leave credit card info. Otherwise not a bad experience.
Value Relating
Been here for a few years, but then they changed their website. Repeated attempts to login fails, and repeated trips to the location office to fix it proved unhelpful. First chance I get, I'm seeking a different self-storage company.
Michelle AlexanderIt was so convenient. I was able to get a storage unit immediately. They provided the lock. They were flexible with my check out. Although my credit card was charged after checkout, management refunded my card right away. Access requires an assigned code, so I always felt safe in the yard. The space was clean. There is not 24 hour access.
Crissy HelselMice and termites stay away had to throw everything out!! This is the hives we broke out in after touching the boxes the mice had urinated on the other pictures are from the termites and all of our stuff we had to throw out

Amy EllisThe office staff guy was rude when I let my family in the gate before myself. He made me back up and put my code in again. They never seem to be in the office when you need them during office hours. You can't get a discount for multiple units.
