Its okay and serves my purpose
Clean and ive had no problems with breakinns because its all inside with climate control. Its not available 24 hrs but the hours i can work with. There very good with people like myself who pay late. Never been locked out and never hassled about it. I just pay my late fee and monthly fees. Ive rented space x2 here. Its not gated but again have had no issues and the rental price is fair. I rent a 110 x 110

I've had a two storage unit there for two years I started with a small one and then Moved into a larger one it was awesome I fit all my totes and boxes and dresser and furniture set. and both units Very clean No mildew or dampness no smells no mice bits . It kept all my items safe and clean and in tact i will be renting from them again. I recommend Kalamazoo Storage Center to everyone. The staff team was great. Thank you guys
John CoreyI appreciate being able to store my belongings in a temperature controlled environment. There are a variety of sizes to accommodate most needs. Auto pay is also nice so you never worry about a late payment.
Jesse GWell, since a new company “Anytime storage property management” has taken over this storage center, they have fired all in person staff. So in order to get anything fixed you have to call a number that’s based in Texas. They have had a broken outside door for a couple months now with no fix. And in order to get inside storage center though another door you have to call them every time to get a code for that door. They have made it so difficult getting to your own stuff that you pay monthly for. Ever since the storage center has been broken into it’s gone down hill fast. It’s no longer reliable and having an out of state company running a place off site is crazy. Cause if you have any issues all you can do is call never talk face to face with anyone. Building is no longer secure and highly doubt the cameras work either since people were easily able to break in.
