I've had a unit there for a couple of years. Pam has always been helpful The facility is very clean and protected and the cat in the office is extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend Howell Storage. Oh by the way the prices are great too.

We have used Howell Storage for at least 15 years. Pam has always been very helpful and courteous. The units are clean so are the grounds. I have recommended Howell Storage many times. I love Binx, he is the best mascot ever!
Excellent facility with outstanding customer service.
Pam was awesome. she was very busy with calls and making arrangements when we arrived. She stopped what she was doing and gave us her full attention. Very thorough and detailed in going over everything. The storage yard and spaces were very clean. I would highly recommend this facility.

If you are in need of storage space, go see Pam and Binx at Howell Storage! Pam will make sure you get exactly what you want and she gives great advice on how to store your important items. Binx will make sure that you give him all of your attention and he will be extra helpful…while he naps by the window. Yes, Binx is the cat boss at Howell Storage! Seriously, go here over any of the big name storage places. You will be happy that you did! Thank you Pam.
Joseph AielloPam and binx are very nice, but difficult to get into your unit. Had to find a large enough storage unit very last minute in February in the snow. There is very little room to drive between the units to begin with, and there is what looked like a cement median down the center between the units like a divider. I asked Pam if it was, and she told me no, the owner requests the lot to be plowed like this on purpose so people don’t back into their units 🙄. Very hard to get a trailer through the lot without getting stuck in the owners homemade snow banks, hopefully it will be better when the snow melts.
