When I first started dealing with this location, they had a manager that was not smart enough to do his job. There was no communication. He would lie and tell me things he was going to do and not do them since Chelsea has taken over. I have had no trouble, and we just emptied out our unit. She was very accommodating very professional very easy on the eyes lol and I am now looking for another storage sense in my new location in another state thank you Chelsea for all of your hard work and I can’t remember the young man’s name, but he was exceptional as well. I’m giving the four star review because I think storage sense should have acted Clicker to remove the man that was there as manager before this is no way reflects the management that is there now

Kim KolhagenI was very pleased at how clean everything is there. I didn't have trouble with mice at all and we were in storage there for quite a few years. We went from two larger units down to one small unit for the last 2 years we were there. The only complaint I have is if they keep raising the prices.

Michael IsaacEasy to sign up easy to get in, all around great experience so far. Just the first few days and it's been a lot less hassle than other storage places. They will try and sell you insurance, but if you have homeowners or renters that covers it. The lock and setup fee was $35, and 75% off for the first 2 months is a good deal.
