We were in need of storage site
The wife and I were moving and needed a storage site quickly and the folks at Lake Macatawa were there when we needed them. We were at a different site and they raised their prices 3 times in 5 months. We had enough of that. Lake Mac folks are wonderful and so easy to work with. Thanks Much!!!

There is a difference between the level of the asphalt and the floor at the entrance to the building. Have to bump up over the gap with the cart. Bit of a hassle. The carts need to have the wheel wedged to keep them from rolling across the parking lot. Ha! Made me laugh. It wouldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sit still til I wedged it. Other than these minor details, the facility and staff are great. The doors to the unit are really quiet compared to my experience at Public Storage. The A/C is at a comfortable level. Pricing is good.

Stephanie RayBrand new so it's clean, the lock gate is up and functional, and it is nice and close to our house! It's nice to not to drive across town to get to our things. Not sure how we feel about parking our RV and boat on gravel, but we will see how that works out as time goes on.

Bill Jo GrayThey are hard to get ahold of directly, but they respond quickly to messages. The units are new and clean. They are larger than normal because of the roofline. They have easy 24 hour access. I never had any problems.
