The facility is quite large which is a plus in re security and availability of space as well as adequate staffing. Courtesy of showing me the storage unit prior to booking and being taken to it on a golf cart were very much appreciated.

Alex received me the day before Xmas eve with the best attitude, they were very welcoming and accommodating to my needs. They explained everything I needed to know and the process was simple and overall pleasant. The affordability is great and I would highly recommend Devon storage to anyone looking to store their stuff.
JonDo NOT use this storage facility. Their customer service is terrible. After making multiple attempts to update my payment method online and the website failing to update the payment method, they charged me a 20% late payment fee. 20%!! I had to call in to get the payment updated since the their "Pay Online" feature does not work. I requested a one time courtesy waiver of the late payment fee, but they refused to be amenable and lectured me on using other routes (like U.S. mail) to send in my payment. Beyond the poor customer service, the facility is not being kept up. The photos are out of date. The blacktop is full of cracks and weeds everywhere, and the unit doors are all faded and need paint. There are plenty of other storage units ready to serve you!
