Kind worker, easy to get into unit
Very clean unit, nice office and staff, and very easy to get in and out of the gated, secure unit lot. Would definitely recommend to a friend
It's was easy to move from the Division location to the Eastern.
Carl, the Manager, was very helpful in my transition from the Division location to the Eastern location and the cost was cheaper and I like that with living on a fixed income. Thank you.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience with the customer service team at the Kentwood, Division street location. They were kind and clear about renting a storage unit. My reservation was entered into their system by Amber one day earlier which made the renting process very quick and easy. Thank you for your professionalism and welcoming vibe.

tressa wardYour customer service lady in Grand Rapids mi is not friendly or polite. I don't know her name but she was the one I dealt with lady week. She needs to obtain excellent customer service. Se made me not want to deal with Devon. Had I been able to find another storage to accommodate me I would have taken my my business elsewhere.
