Angie did a great job she called us before we got there to see how things where going, and to completethe paperwork before the facility closed. She also texted me from her own phone with instructions on how to do everything after hours. Was a pleasure to work with.

The storage facility that I left the people were not friendly, and they were overpricing. I had to find someplace fast and convenient and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I chose citizens storage. The property manager Ken was amazing. He made it easy for me to transfer from one facility to the next by having u-Haul rentals right there.

Debra ChristopherAwful place to store your things. Went last week to find my unit full of stink bugs. Called them and was told well you can move your items to a different unit. Had to go and clean all my boxes and dump stink bugs out of everything I owned stored there. There was no compensation for the fact that everything in there was covered in bugs and will probably stink now. There were also crickets in there. Then was told by the way your rent is almost double come next month. If you can find a different place do so. Do not put anything you want to keep in this storage.
