Great value! The faculty is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion is that a cart should be a audit use by each door and not only during office hours.

Lisa is great. She was a big help to me. She walked me through and showed me how to use the lock. The place is clean. What I might recommend is another cart in case the one is in use. No problem and no issues.

This is my first experience using a public storage facility, so I had a few questions about, safety, cleanliness, etc. She made sure I understood everything. And since she is fairly new with the company, I truly appreciated her finding out the correct answers to all of my questions, instead of just trying to answer with nonsense to hurry me out. Great experience so far, and I was pleased at how clean the units we viewed were.
