Throughout the entire process of renting the unit Colleen was friendly, helpful, and thorough. We could not of had a better experience!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Heather K at Public Storage the other day. Wow! What Awesome customer service I received. She addressed all of my issues timely and gave a return call to make sure that I was satisfied. There needs to be more passion when providing services to the people. TL;DR Karen is the best!!!! This place is accessible and clean and well maintained. I don’t think I’ll ever go for an outdoor storage unit again. But I panic reserved an extra unit and needed help fixing my mistake. She helped me and made it easy. The details: I messed up and she was so helpful in getting things set straight. We are in the process of preparing to move but we don’t have a place to live quite yet. So we are preparing by getting everything into storage so we can fix and sell our house. Timing is everything and having all the stuff out and safe and secure is one less thing to worry about. This means we needed a climate controlled unit and 24/7 access. It may be a little pricey but it’s worth the peace of mind. I realized we needed a second unit and saw there was only one of the largest units available so I rushed to complete the reservation on the app on a Sunday only to realize it was in a different building and definitely not climate controlled. I should have paid more attention but I rushed myself. We were all very tired from moving things and trying to make it all fit in one unit (we managed but it’s not organized or accessible, which is obviously only a short term solution). We did not access the new unit and just decided to contact management on Monday. My husband thought he had to be there in person to fix things, which was really inconvenient being that we currently reside 3 hours away. This is near where we plan to move so it’s ideal for when we find a place. But currently going during the hours when management is available is difficult at best. So when I called and talked to Karen I was able to get the mistaken reservation cancelled with a pending refund. Then I was able to reserve the unit I actually meant to get, even though it was a bit smaller. Sure that means I had to get charged again and I have to wait until my refund comes back to me, but it was my error and I’m not being penalized. I have enough saved to make this okay and an agreeable compromise that prevents me from having to make a 6 hour round trip drive just to transfer units. I couldn’t be happier! Now I have a second unit ready for me when I will be able to go things organized next week.
I came here to rent a storeage when I'm moving to my new apartment. Alex was friendly and helpful and helped us change a lightbulb in the store space. The move in deal was cheap compared to other places nearby

Great experience so far! Sydnie and Karen were kind and accommodating when I initially had questions about the unit size I was interested in. I'm a visual person and they allowed me to see a unit to help me make me decision, which felt supportive. I admit that at first I was hesitant to use the app but decided to give it a try. I've had to do several trips and truly appreciate the ease and efficiency of using the app. No problems accessing my unit, with the lock provided, or moving my items in on multiple days. Moving can be stressful but using Public Storage has been a smooth process for me overall. I feel confident that I could reach out with any questions or concerns if needed. The employees have been communicative, informative, and helpful. Thank you!
