Clean unit and easy to drive up and put your items into the unit.
Very impressed with the property manager and the cleanliness of the unit. All the lanes into each area of the units are blacktopped making accessibility very easy. Each unit also has a light inside which is a wonderful option.
Good option for Storage
The stuff is friendly and helpful. The final cost did end up being more than anticipated but the space is clean and the area feels safe.

Everything went well. The representative that called to confirm my unit was great. She was very knowledgeable about the sizes of the units and was able to help me upgrade to a larger unit and a first floor space as well. And she did it quickly and with a smile. She gets 5/5 stars from me and makes public storage brand my only choice for the any future storage needed.

Excellent customer service. Thank for the manager, I’m sorry I missed your name though you told me, with dedicated service. I had a small personal issue and she took action immediately and resolved this without hesitation. I’ll add that the facility and grounds are always clean of debris and my unit was clean walking in the first time. Will recommend to anyone that needs storage.

We had leased two units a few years back when we moved from a house to a condo. She was instrumental in helping us resolve a problem with one unit and navigating the move from two units to one. She answered all our questions, gave us options, and made sure all the paperwork was in order when we eventually closed both units. Karen provided exceptional customer service, even responding to texts outside of normal business hours, which was greatly appreciated. She is definitely a "problem solver" at Public Storage.
