Great facility!
Nakia, the manager on duty when I checked into to get my unit was great. She gave outstanding customer service and explained what was expected of me as a unit leasee. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and it was a quick and easy move-in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to store things.

Overall, the facility is excellent. However, a couple of issues require attention: 1. Elevator Door Timing: The door-closing timer should be extended. Currently, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s challenging to maneuver a cart into the elevator before the doors close. 2. Pin Pad Placement: The entry and exit pin pad readers are mounted too far from the curb, making it difficult to enter a code conveniently.

Nakia is literally the best! Very rare finding people who are so passionate about their job and she is so great to chat with. She went above and beyond with everything I needed for my unit, she made it so easy and effortless. She is a gem to the company, looking forward to using them long term.

Leslie ButeraI would definitely recommend this storage unit. The facility is very clean and I love that it is temperature controlled. They have numerous push carts at each door entrance to make moving easier. The employee that assisted me....and im so mad I dont know how to spell her name (Nakia) but hopefully she will read this and know that im speaking about her was beyond helpful. I contacted her in crisis mode and it was at the end of her work day. I did make it before closing but on the phone she said she would wait for me even if I was late. She helped ease my mind when everything else was in panic mode. Besides her being accommodating she was very friendly and just really made my experience positive. Thank you again for your excellent customer service 👏
