We stopped by National Storage in Hartland because it was close and had great reviews. We wanted to lease a small unit to store items, but weren’t sure how large of one we needed. We met Ryan in the office who was very kind and professional, explaining everything and offering to show us a couple that might fit our needs. After choosing one, Ryan did the processing back in his office and we were on our way. Ryan was extremely helpful and enjoyable to work with. We would highly recommend them.

Tim DeachinEveryone was friendly - that's as good as it gets. Prices are too high (look around, don't overpay). The problems began with the "introductory rate" of $1 for the first month. When I signed the paperwork and paid for the unit, they 'couldn't get the system to accept the introductory rate.' Then, the monthly rate was higher than advertised. Then, they wanted to raise the monthly rate another 10% at the 6 month mark. I moved out. Stay away from this place.
