210 Storage in Worcester is hands down one of the best storage facilities I’ve used. The place is spotless, secure, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff is super friendly and genuinely helpful. They even offer coffee and keep a clean restroom available—which is a small thing that makes a big difference. Forgot a lock? No worries—they’ve got you covered without needing to run around town. It’s the little things that show they really care about the customer experience. Highly recommend!

They are extra clean when you go around to the back the elevators are right there. The security system is great. The workers are even better. I changed into a bigger unit & had no problems whatsoever. They don't up your rent every six months as the other storages do. Trust if you need to rent a unit from self-storage trust you will be happy & satisfied with everything & don't have to worry about your rent going up every six months. They are the best & I will always go back to self-storage.
