The facility is brand new and very clean, the rates are economical, and the customer service is excellent. Rochelle was a pleasure to work, provided perfect instructions, and set everything up so that I could move in before the facility opened in the morning. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Rochelle offered her assistance to locate/access the storage unit on my initial visit. But everything is easy to manage and Rochelle gave good instructions Prime Storage is a relatively new facility and is very clean and accessible. Having Rochelle at the front desk reassures my decision to choose Prime Storage!!
